Prime Yalta Rally 2011 - Terms & Conditions Booking and cancellation policy

For your convenience and efficiency in document processing, we would like to ask you to pay attention to the following information:

1. The obligatory condition is conclusion of contract for the provision of tourist product.
2. Payment should be made within 3 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
3. Upon cancellation of the booked tourist product 30 days or less before the starting day of the tour, the tourist is liable to pay a fine of 5% of the total value of the tourist product.
4. Upon cancellation of the booked tourist product 21 days or less before the starting day of the tour, the tourist is liable to pay a fine equal to 100% of the total value of the tourist product.
5. Upon cancellation of the booked service on the organization of services for Rally 2011, the tourist is liable to pay a fine of 100% of the value of the service organization at Rally 2011.
